I can’t say enough about this gem of a place. I came in with tremendous chronic pain. Weekly I’m treated by the best team of Physical Therapists, Acupuncturists, Medical PA’s, and Massage Therapists. It’s all in one visit and each visit I walk out better for having been treated there. The front desk and manager, Kris are a pleasure to interact with. The energy and vibe of this practice is warmth and kindness-in addition to the best professional care. I can’t say enough good things about it. If you’re hurting, you should go! It’s changed my life by having personalized treatment that’s helping to heal my chronic aches and pains🙏🙌 Special shout out to Gina, Marites, Vince, Sabrina, Kayla, Sandy, Rolande, Tyler, Crystal, Elizabeth, and Dan (Ultrasound). Everybody is truly amazing!

My experience at Thrive health in Setauket has been wonderful. The staff are incredibly helpful and nice. I’ve been able to finally see improvements in my therapy and recovery due to the fantastic staff here. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

It has been 4 months now getting Acupuncture/Dry Needling from Vince in E. Setauket. He has patience of a Saint. He is so calm & encourages me to continue at every appt. He definitely wants me to get my life back & slowly I am. I have several chronic issues and this treatment will take time to correct. I recommended so many people to him because I know Vince is a very special person. He truly cares! The office staff is very understanding as well, Gina goes above & beyond and all the staff are amazing, always trying their best to fit me in when I am screaming in pain. I appreciate this so much!! Carolyn handles massages & she has alleviated most of my trigger points, she is fantastic therapist & such a kind human. I feel comfortable at Thrive of Setauket. Thanks to everyone! I had my first official visit with the staff of Thrive last night and I could not be happier. I saw Sarina the osteopath and I cannot say enough good things about her skill and patient care. She very precisely identified a large number of " knots " in my back muscles that were causing me pain. I don't know how she did it without the benefits of an MRI or CT scan but she did! She was so kind and pleasant during my session I am now a big fan of her great skill. I also saw the acupuncture specialist and I realize this form of care takes time to work but all I can say is I am in much less pain today than I was when I walked into Thrive yesterday and all without heavy medication or other nasty stuff! I also feel that the front desk staff were very kind and welcoming and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. VERY HAPPY BEING A PATIENT OF THRIVE!!! Well it's a good amount of time since I posted my last review and I can honestly say that I still am very happy to be a patient of Thrive. I think the thing I like most about Thrive Setauket are the staff people. Kris and Jeana at the front desk are the best welcome a person could ask for. I think that their job of scheduling people is a lot harder than people might think and yet they are always pleasant and thoughtful. PT - the people in the PT department keep my old creaky, body loose enought to move. Each therapist is a great person besides and they put up with my dumb jokes too! I have dubbed Sabrina " The Wizard " because of her great understanding of how a body is supposed to operate and her ability to use exercise to achieve a positive result. Kayla is " The Coach". Her great smile and knowledge of various exercises amazes me but she is always on target about what I need to do to loosen up. The Medical Department listens to all my ailments and guides me to the care I need. I feel very fortunate to have the folks in this department providing for my care. I have to acknowledge Vince. He is the accupuncturist of excellence and a great person as well. If you are considering accupuncture to help with any issue Vince is the only person I think you should consulte with. Lastly, the icing on the cake! The Thrive Massage staff are all really excellent. Each has their own special technique of getting your muscles to loosen up. Some people might prefer a vigorous massage while others might like a more gentle approach. I think that Elizabeth has really found the right combination for my neck; shoulders; and back. I can honestly say that after a session of her work with me I always feel much less pain in these areas and that I am able to move more loosely. I am eally glad that Elizabeth has joined the staff. My problem is that I am either sitting at a desk staring at a computer screen or I am stuck behind the wheel of my car in tons of traffic plus I have rheumatoid arthritis. The staff of Thrive have all contributed in their great way to making my life better. Thak you folks!!!
