We accept most major insurance plans, including the Empire Plan/NYSHIP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, and UnitedHealthcare, and other plans that have out-of-network coverage. Not every plan covers every service, and coverage depends on medical necessity. Our staff confirms your benefits ahead of the first appointment and files each claim on your behalf. You are responsible for your co-insurance and nothing beyond it.

We work by appointment so your provider has the full visit set aside for you. Call 631-364-9060 and we will find you the earliest opening, often the same week.
Your provider takes your history, examines you, and explains what they think is driving the problem. Treatment usually starts the same day. You leave knowing the plan and roughly how many visits it should take.

We take cash and all major credit cards at the front desk. Your co-insurance is what you owe at the visit, and we will tell you that number before you come in.
Most of our patients here come from Setauket, East Setauket, Stony Brook, Old Field, Poquott, Port Jefferson, and Mount Sinai. If one of our other offices is closer for you, we will say so.
