We accept most major insurance plans, including the Empire Plan/NYSHIP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, and UnitedHealthcare, and other plans that have out-of-network coverage. Not every plan covers every service, and coverage depends on medical necessity. Benefits get checked before your first visit, and the claim goes in from our side after each one. Your co-insurance is the only part you cover.

We work by appointment so your provider has the full visit set aside for you. Call 631-270-0014 and we will find you the earliest opening, often the same week.
Your provider takes your history, examines you, and explains what they think is driving the problem. Treatment usually starts the same day. You leave knowing the plan and roughly how many visits it should take.

We take cash and all major credit cards at the front desk. Your co-insurance is what you owe at the visit, and we will tell you that number before you come in.
