We accept most major insurance plans, including the Empire Plan/NYSHIP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, and UnitedHealthcare, and other plans that have out-of-network coverage. Not every plan covers every service, and coverage depends on medical necessity. We check your benefits ahead of your first visit and send the claim in for you, so what you pay is your co-insurance and nothing more. That keeps a full course of care within reach.
