We accept most major insurance plans, including the Empire Plan/NYSHIP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, and UnitedHealthcare, and other plans that have out-of-network coverage. Not every plan covers every service, and coverage depends on medical necessity. Before your first visit we check your benefits, and after each visit we send the claim in for you. Your part is your co-insurance.

We work by appointment so your provider has the full visit set aside for you. Call 631-998-3151 and we will find you the earliest opening, often the same week.
Your provider takes your history, examines you, and explains what they think is driving the problem. Treatment usually starts the same day. You leave knowing the plan and roughly how many visits it should take.

We take cash and all major credit cards at the front desk. Your co-insurance is what you owe at the visit, and we will tell you that number before you come in.
Most of our patients here come from Westhampton Beach, Quogue, Remsenburg, Speonk, Westhampton Dunes, Eastport, Hampton Bays, and Riverhead. If one of our other offices is closer for you, we will say so.
