Request an appointmentWe accept The Empire Plan/NYSHIP, BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare and UnitedHealthcare, and other plans that have out-of-network coverage. Send us your card and we will check what your plan covers before you come in.
We handle the billing. Most people pay a co-insurance amount at the visit and nothing else.
Not every plan covers every service, and coverage depends on medical necessity. A small number of plans place us outside their network. We will tell you if yours is one of them, and we still file the claim for you.
